Ethiopian Manuscripts Collection

Collection of eight illuminated parchment scrolls and one illuminated parchment codex in Geez and Amharic, pertaining to the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, from the late 19th or early 20th century. This collection was acquired in 1998.

Evans Manufacturing Company Records

Records in this collection include business correspondence, telegrams, invoices, orders, insurance papers and legal documents, as well as product catalogs, advertising proofs and testimonial letters from customers. Most of the records are filed by loose date ranges in acid-free folders, however the collection also includes one bound scrapbook containing documents similar to those in folders.

Fort Covington Collection

This collection consists of correspondence, a typed manuscript, galleys, maps, notes and photographs of Herbert Donovan's research for his book "Fort Covington and her neighbors: a history of three towns" - the three towns being Fort Covington, Bombay, and Westville. Also included are: several articles written by others on the early history of the area, a scrapbook of letters Donovan received when his book was published, memorabilia from local elections, memorabilia on different presidential campaigns, including booklets on several presidential candidates, (T.

Fort Drum Collection

The Fort Drum Collection consists of 10 folders of photocopied newspaper clippings and three folders of micellaneous material on the expansion of Fort Drum. These materials were assembled by Lisa Sizeland, a former student who graduated in 1987.

Francis "Red" Grandy Collection

The collection consists of a double-oversized scrap book featuring page clippings from the Stars and Stripes newspaper with photographs by Red Grandy. The clippings cover the years 1969 to 1983. Also included are twelve three-ring binders containing many photographs taken throughout Grandy’s long career. The majority of the photos are described by captions, some of which are on the back of the photos.

Francis Kip Letters

The collection consists primarily of correspondence between Frank Kip and his family while he was in California searching for gold. Also included are deeds, wills, abstracts, photographs, a diary, and genealogical information on the Kip family (Hendrik, Albert P., Henry deValcourt, and Benjamin).

Frank Family papers

The Frank family was a prominent Ogdensburg, New York family active in business and civic life for over 100 years. Julius Frank was mayor, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

The collection consists of the correspondence of Robinson, photocopies from the Syracuse University Robinson Collection, photographs, periodicals containing Robinson criticism, and correspondence of Frank Piskor concerning the collection. Also included were numerous books by and about Robinson.
